Terms of Service (TOS)1. General & Payment1.1. 100% Prepayment is required before I start working on your order.
1.2. Preferred Payment Method: Lava.Top (supports PayPal and credit cards, no account registration required).
1.3. Alternative Payment Methods:boosty, Hipolink, EasyStaff.
1.4. No Refunds: All payments are final once the work has started.2. Payment Plans (Installments)2.1. LavaTop PayPal Pay Later is preferred for installment payments.
2.2 !!! Direct Payment Plans:
> Available for a maximum period of 6 months.
> Minimum payment: $50 per month.
> You can have a maximum of 3 active payment plans/orders at the same time.
> If you have multiple active payment plans, the minimum monthly payments stack (e.g., two plans = $100/month). However, you are welcome to pay off a specific item early, as long as the monthly minimums for your other plans are met.> Cancellation Policy: If a payment is missed without prior communication or a valid reason, the order will be canceled with no refunds, and any character/adopt involved will be put back up for sale.3. Workflow & Deadlines3.1. Current Deadline: Up to 1 year due to a high workload. I deeply value every client and always strive to finish your piece as quickly as possible. 3.2. WIPs (Work in Progress): Major changes to the pose or idea can only be made during the sketch stage. You have 3 free edits to the sketch (or auction bonuses) by default.4. Communication & Boundaries4.1 Work Environment: Please maintain a respectful and polite tone. I do not tolerate spam or pressure. My productivity relies heavily on a calm working atmosphere, so gentle communication is greatly appreciated!

4.3. If I’m slow to reply, it usually means I don't have a significant update yet. A simple, friendly check-in about the current stage of your commission is always welcome and helps me respond much faster without feeling overwhelmed.5. Rights & Usage5.1. Personal Use Only: The finished artwork is for personal use (avatars, personal prints, posting with credit). Commercial use, merch production, or AI training/NFTs are strictly prohibited unless discussed beforehand.
5.2. * As the artist, I reserve the right to post the finished artwork to my portfolio and social media. (If you need the piece kept private for a specific date, please let me know in advance!)
